Utah FAST Fingerprinting does not provide refunds for any services that were completed and provided to a customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all information is correct when completing any of our fingerprinting services, passport pictures, and notary services. When a customer uses and pays for any of our services the customer agrees that the service was completed to their needs and no changes need to be made.
